High Chair Couture was created in 2008 by Sarah  and Teresa.  The two mothers/entrepreneurs wanted to combine their professional experience in business with their personal passion for their adorable children and their love of fashion. 

Before High Chair Couture…

Sarah ran her own business as a Dental Technician.  In 2006 she sold the business to stay home with her daughter .  It wasn’t long before number two was on the way and in February 2008 a boy joined the team.  The first boy between the two business owners has inspired many more ideas and brought more of a keen eye to tshopping for the boys range. 

Teresa worked as a solicitor for a law firm until 2007 when she set up her own business as a sole practitioner.  The main motivation for this was to spend more time working from home with her daughter. 

Both Sarah and Teresa loved to dress their girls in stunning fashion and beautiful accessories, but were frustrated by the lack of stores in Adelaide and the inconvenience of having to take young children to the shops.  So High Chair Couture: Big Fashion for Little People.  An online store offering the brands that you know and love.  Brands that have stood the test of time along with a great wearability/washability factor you will also find some unique things as we look for new designers.

After many meetings, lots of planning, and lots of hard work, High Chair Couture was launched in Adelaide with a special party to celebrate!  We hope you enjoy your shopping experience and hope that our fashion can make the little people in your lives feel as special and beautiful as they are in your eyes.

In September 2009 we were happy to announce the opening of our first store in Mawson Lakes Adelaide.  Come and see us as we have lines available in the store that are not available on line.  We are sure that we have something to tickle your fashion fancy.
