GIFTS
There's nothing nicer than receiving a special present. We can add a personalised gift tag to any order, no charge (just note your message in the checkout comments). We can create a fabulous gift basket for you at no extra cost. Just let us know what you would like to spend and we'll take care of the rest. If you'd like some suggestions picking the perfect present give us a call . We've had some practice at it!
PAYMENT
The most popular method of payment is using your credit card through our website and PayPal. You can also use credit card over the phone, or e-mail. Money orders, cheques, and EFT are all accepted by phone, or e-mail.
OPENING HOURS
You can order online anytime! General business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm and Saturday's 9am to 2pm. Outside of business hours e-mail and phone messages are checked and responded to regularly. South Australian public holidays are observed (and appreciated!)
DELIVERY
Within Australia Orders placed before 3pm SA time are delivered the next business as long as you are in the Australia Post next day delivery area. Other areas are delivered the following day (very remote locations may take longer). We have a flat rate for postage of $8.50 for all orders within Australia.
International orders incur an extra of $11.50 in addition to the usual flat rate. Delivery is via Express Post or Courier.
Loss or damage is very rare. Unfortuately we cannot take any responsibility for damage caused during postage and delivery, however please contact us and we will look at each case on its merits. You will need to contact the postage service provider to make a claim and we can assist you with this.
Outside Australia
Orders to outside Australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund, in the event of a refund a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Items must be unworn / unused and returned in a reasonable time frame within 7 business days; we can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked.
Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.
