If, for any reason, you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or a refund if they are faulty.

Items must be unworn / unused and returned in a reasonable time frame; we can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returns.

Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.
